Andrade El Idolo

Andrade El Idolo carries lucha libre royalty into every ring he enters. As La Sombra, he was a young pillar of CMLL and founding member of Los Ingobernables, the rebellious faction that changed Mexican wrestling and spawned a Japanese empire. In WWE's NXT, as Andrade Cien Almas, his TakeOver match with Johnny Gargano is remembered among the brand's greatest.

A former NXT and United States Champion managed by Zelina Vega, he left WWE for AEW in 2021, where his elegant, vicious style — the hammerlock DDT, the running knees, the perfect entrance swagger — kept him in featured programs with Rey Fenix, the Hardys and Miro.
